Gudrun & Gudrun is a handmade knitting company in the Faroe Islands, located in the heart of the North Atlantic.
The brand is rooted in history and craft production bound to the territory and is completely eco-friendly: most of the garments are handmade by Faroo, Jordanian and Peruvian women and the wool used comes from local sheep living in open and pesticide-free pastures. The isolation and the silence of the Faroe Islands are closely linked to the creative process behind the drawings, inspired by traditional dresses, created using unique yarn. The company represents what is known as eco luxe: the new luxury in which authenticity, craftsmanship and elegance create value.
