While temperatures in North India continue to drop at night until the freezing point, the Wildlife SOS Elephant Conservation and Care Center in Mathura is assuring that elephants are kept warm. The association is concerned with saving the Asian elephants who have suffered from abuse and neglect, when they have been forced to work in slums and large crowded cities, moving them to a sanctuary. Women from nearby village decided to come to their aid by knitting huge colourful pajamas, with a stunning result!
