Chain

Here are the first steps to follow to learn how to crochet.

Chain is probably the easier and quicker stitch to realize, it’s the only thing our mums and grandmas have successfully taught to most of us!

It might seem difficult, but it will take only some training and you’ll learn to crochet endless chains!

First of all, you have to do a slip knot and wrap the yarn around the hook. Hold the end of the slip knot and guide the yarn from the back to the front around the handle of the hook. Then pull the yarn through the loop on the hook: you’ve just created a chain. Repeat these movements until you reach the number of stitches you need to start your project.
