Single crochet
This stitch is the most used, the easiest to realize and from it you can start developing all other stitches. You’ll soon be obsessed with it
Begin by creating a chain with the number of stitches you need, facing the part of the chain that seems like a braid: then slide the hook through the second chain away from the hook, passing under two of the three yarn-arms that compose each chain. Then wrap the yarn around the hook from back to the front and Pull it through the loop: you’ll have two loops on the hook. Wrap the yarn around the hook again and pull it back through the stitch and then through the loop on the hook again. This completes one slip stitch.
Repeat these movements until you reach the end of the line, then turn your work, chain one and start again with single crochet stitches!
It might seem difficult, but it isn’t so! After a few tries, you will become infallible!
