Rib stitch
Rib stitch is one of the most complex stitches for knit beginners: it works as a finishing or as a decoration on knitted garments.
The rib, that usually finishes sweaters, is made of one knit stitch and one purl stitch alternated and set up in columns.
Once you’ve learned the 1/1 rib you can learn the others, a bit more complex but really good looking. A possible variation is the 2/2 rib, and the experts can even realize a 3/3, 4/4, or the refined 2/4 or 3/6. Let’s find combinations!
