Double crochet

This stitch will put you to the test with something not to be underestimated: your accuracy. The challenge is to work all the stitches in the same way, not some looser than others because you would obtain an irregular fabric.

But…no worries! With some training and attention, the problem will solve!

To realize the double crochet:

– yarn over the hook before slipping into the fourth chain from the hook;

– yarn over again and pull it through the chain, obtaining three loops on the hook;

– yarn over again and pull it through two of the three loops on the hook, obtaining two loops on the hook;

– yarn over again and pull it through the last two loops.

– at the end of the line, turn the work and do three chains (they will be the first double crochet of the line!) and restart working from the second chain below.
